É um encontro mensal, uma cocriação de Linus Eliasson @eliassonlinus e Miriam Adler @miriamadler (de @lalunafamily) que reúne uma linda comunidade num espírito que lembra as celebrações alegres que pequenas vilas tinham antigamente.
Assim como essas comunidades se reuniam com mercados, músicos e dança, nós também criamos um espaço para conexão e alegria.

O nosso encontro começa com uma cerimônia Sacral-chai, lindamente guiada por Miriam.
Durante esse tempo, refletimos sobre nossos desafios atuais e as energias que marcaram o nosso mês. Envolvemo-nos em rituais significativos que nos transformam numa dança vibrante, enchendo o espaço com movimento e risos enquanto dançamos pela cozinha e sala de estar.
No coração do nosso encontro, o nosso chef prepara um delicioso brunch, infundindo-o com o espírito da nossa comunidade e usando ingredientes de origem local.
Assim que fechamos o círculo, nos reunimos ao redor da mesa para compartilhar esta refeição nutritiva, aprofundando nossas conexões e rejuvenescendo nossos espíritos para o dia que se inicia.

Boogie & Brunch is coming to Lisbon, Portugal
It’s a monthly gathering, a co-creation by Linus Eliasson @eliassonlinus & Miriam Adler @miriamadler (from @lalunafamily )
that brings our beautiful community together in a spirit reminiscent of the joyful celebrations small villages had back in the days. Just as those communities would come together with markets, musicians, and dancing, we too create a space for connection and joy.
We invite you on an intentional journey inward. Bring your full presence before we flow into the social vibe.
Our gathering begins with a Sacral-chai ceremony, beautifully guided by Miriam. During this time, we reflect on our current challenges and the energies that shape our month.
We engage in meaningful rituals that transition us into a vibrant dance, filling our home with movement and laughter as we dance throughout the kitchen and living room.
In the heart of our gathering, our chef prepares a delicious brunch, infusing it with the spirit of our community and using locally sourced ingredients. Once we close the circle, we gather around the table to share this nourishing meal, deepening our connections and rejuvenating our spirits for the day ahead.
